Assemblyman Marc Butler (R,C,I-Newport) (above) questions a participant during a public hearing on December 4, 2007, regarding the proposed Thruway toll hikes. Assemblyman Butler was hearing oral testimony from various organizations and business owners who believe there would be negative impact on New York’s motorists and small business if the proposed toll hikes are implemented.
