Butler: Never Giving Up On What’s Right For New York Is What Turned Albany Around
Statement from Assemblyman Marc W. Butler (R,C,I-Newport)
June 21, 2012
“Our resolve to do what is right for each hardworking family in New York is what helped turn Albany away from the dysfunction and wastefulness that was weighing it down. Over the last several years, we’ve faced trying economic times, and I know that I’ve worked closely with my colleagues on both sides of the aisle to reduce spending so we could lower taxes for struggling families and invest our dollars where it counts – into job creation. I am happy that we’ve come together on these important and life-changing matters and look forward to continuing this positive momentum in the future.”
