“Four months after Gov. Cuomo’s ill-conceived gun control law was passed, the Assembly is still making attempts to ‘correct’ the law. It’s as simple as this: the law needs to be repealed completely, and New York cannot continue to choose who can or cannot exercise their Second Amendment rights.
“Second Amendment rights apply to all law-abiding citizens, and no law – especially state law – should be allowed to curtail those rights.”
