Assemblyman Mark Johns Statement On Maximus Federal Services’ Expansion Into The Region

I am excited to hear that there will be a creation of more than 300 new jobs over the next five years, along with retaining currently 160 at-risk jobs, by the Maximus Federal Services for investing in our region. I think it’s great to see a leading international company make the investment in New York State and Monroe County.
I applaud the efforts of the Governor’s Office, Empire State Development’s Excelsior Jobs Program Monroe County and Greater Rochester Enterprise for the retention and expansion of local jobs. Maximus’ move is the latest of many which showcase the talent and resources that make our region second to none.
