During a budget hearing in Albany, Assemblyman Cusick tells Courtney Burke, Commissioner NYS Office for People with Developmental Disabilities, that many not for profits on Staten Island will have to close due to the proposed six percent across the board cuts to the developmental disabilities services community and asks how did they come up with the six percent number.
