Cusick Presents Funeral Protection Law to Capt. Adam Scher

Michael Cusick presenting a state law to Army Capt. Adam Scher. The law makes it a crime to disrupt a funeral, burial or memorial service. The need for the legislation was brought to his attention by Scher. Also at the ceremony held at the Gold Star American Legion Post were county commander Anthony Pergola and post commander Robert Muir.
