Assemblyman Pete Lopez (R,C,I – Schoharie) has scheduled a public outreach meeting for Hunter and Jewett residents on Thursday, November 15 at 7 p.m. in the Hunter Town Hall.
“Developing a strong relationship with members of the community is my goal as I work toward making the 127th Assembly District the best place that it can possibly be,” said Lopez. “These meetings have helped me to focus on important issues and what residents, farmers and business owners need.”
At the meeting, Lopez will give a brief overview of the happenings in Albany, and then ask members of the community to share their concerns and priorities. Assemblyman Lopez is holding this session in order to strengthen awareness of, and attention to, local and state issues.
“I have gotten very positive feedback throughout the course of these meetings and am looking forward to meeting with more members of the community as we move toward next year’s session,” Lopez stated.
