The nursery has been a staple of the Schoharie Valley economy for 123 years but was closed, at a cost of nearly half a million dollars, due to damage sustained by the floods following Hurricane Irene and Tropical Storm Lee.
The grand re-opening will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 3:30 p.m. on the nursery grounds located at 149 Bridge Street in Schoharie.
