Welcome,
For those of you who do not know me, I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Rafael Espinal and I am the newly elected Assemblyman for the 54th Assembly District. Recently, I was fortunate to receive support from the community in a special election and am truly honored to be your representative.
The weeks prior to and following the election have proven to be quite enlightening. I have met countless people while walking throughout our neighborhoods and attending various district events. I have traveled to Albany so that I can be prepared for the upcoming legislative session and have recently opened my district office so that I can assist constituents in need.
In the coming weeks I will continue to embrace the challenges ahead, both in Albany and in our community because I truly believe you deserve a dedicated Assemblyman and I am grateful for the opportunity to prove myself.
