Local Internships Available with Assemblywoman Sandy Galef
June 30, 2004
New York State Assemblywoman Sandra Galef is accepting applications from high school students, college students, and interested adults from her district who would like to be considered for a volunteer internship in the Fall of 2004 in her district office in Ossining. Assemblywoman Galef’s 90th Assembly District includes the Towns of Cortlandt, Ossining, Putnam Valley, Garrison, Philipstown, and the City of Peekskill.
The work will entail tracking local and state issues, constituent service, legislative research and communicating by telephone and letter with local municipalities, NYS departments, and agencies.
"We have been fortunate to have had many talented volunteers in our office to help work on constituent and state issues. I always look forward to having new people join our team effort," said Assemblywoman Galef.
For information please contact Catherine Borgia at the district office by telephone at (914) 941-1111 or by email at galefs@assembly.state.ny.us or in writing to 2 Church Street, Ossining, NY 10562.
