Public Meeting on Route 9 Safety Enhancement Set for November 16th
Assemblywoman Galef, Department of Transportation, and local officials to present proposed changes

Assemblywoman Galef will be holding a public information meeting to solicit input in regard to the proposed Route 9 Safety Enhancement Project, a collaborative effort by the New York State Department of Transportation (DOT), Assemblywoman Galef, and local municipal officials.
The meeting will take place on:

Briarcliff, New York, 10510
The proposed Route 9 Safety Enhancement Project will deal with the portion of Route 9 between Geneva Road in Ossining and Route 117 in Sleepy Hollow. The project is intended to alter traffic patterns to enhance the safety of the road. Assemblywoman Galef, representatives from the DOT, and local municipal officials will present the proposed changes, hear residents’ comments, and answer questions.
