Healthy Aging Forum Features Local Experts

Assemblywoman Sandy Galef invites the public to attend her forum on healthy aging to be held Thursday, July 20, 2006, 8:30 am to 11 am, at Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor. The event begins with breakfast provided by the Hudson Valley Hospital Center.
A panel of experts will discuss ways to alleviate pain, lose weight, deal with chronic illness and improve overall health through nutritional therapies, acupuncture and chiropractic. Speakers include Dina Khader, M.S., R.D., C.D. N., Integrative Nutrition Consultant, Dr. Jian He, L.Ac, M.D. (China), Accupuncturist, and Dr. Glen Nykwest, D.C., D.A.B.C.O., Chiropractor.
