Assemblywoman Galef speaks with Founder and Principal of Ecobags Products, Sharon Rowe from Ossining.
The latest installment of Assemblywoman Sandy Galef’s television program “Dear Sandy” will be taking a look at a successful local small business, Ecobags Products, and how it is helping to clean up the planet. Galef interviews Sharon Rowe, an Ossining resident and founder of Ecobags, which markets reusable totes. Ms. Rowe started her business to clean up the planet “one bag at a time” in 1989 before cleaning the planet was popular. Galef and Rowe discuss how the company grew over time and became very successful as a leading environmental business.
