Assemblywoman Sandy Galef and Office to Visit VA Hospital to Celebrate National Salute to Hospitalized Veterans Week

Assemblywoman Sandy Galef and the members of her Ossining District Office will go to the VA hospital in Montrose, NY on Friday February 13, 2009 to participate in the honoring of our veterans during the National Salute to Hospitalized Veterans Week, which is taking place from February 8-14, 2009.
“There are so many reasons to celebrate these veterans,” said Galef. “They are proud Americans who served and sacrificed for the freedom of New Yorkers and for people around the world. It is with much gratitude and happiness that my office and I will visit them to celebrate their achievements. It is a good way to remind these men and women that they will never be forgotten and how much we appreciate what they have done.”
