Assemblywoman Sandy Galef hosts Westchester County Deputy Executive John Tully on her cable television show “Speak Out with Sandy Galef.” They discuss how county and state governments can work together more effectively in order to better serve their constituents. Mr. Tully also describes how the current state of the economy has affected county services, and what the Putnam County government is doing to relieve residents’ tax burdens in light of the present economy.
