I, the undersigned, petition Governor Cuomo and the New York State Legislature to pass/enact bill A3550/S6633 of 2012, sponsored by Assemblywoman Sandy Galef and Senator David Carlucci, requiring mechanically-propelled boat operators to possess boating safety certificates to protect the boating public and prevent future injuries and fatalities:
