Silver Honored at Opening of Renovated Grand Street Health Center

Assemblyman Sheldon Silver with Anthony L. Watson, Chairman and CEO of HIP Health Plan of New York and Gail F. Donovan, Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of Continuum Health Partners, at the reopening the newly modernized and renovated Grand Street Health Center. The Center serves 1,600 HIP members through a partnership with Continuum’s Beth Israel Medical Center. Watson presented Silver with a plaque that reads: "Presented to Sheldon Silver, Speaker of the New York State Assembly. In gratitude for his tireless efforts in helping to bring affordable and quality health care to the people of New York, and especially the residents of the Lower East Side."
