McLaughlin: Gov Laid Out Ambitious Plan, Must Tackle Critical Issues In Budget

Assemblyman Steve McLaughlin (R,C-Melrose) speaks with Governor Andrew Cuomo following the 2012 state budget presentation on Tuesday, January 17, 2012. McLaughlin told Cuomo he was encouraged by the budget presentation, but reiterated his position that jobs and meaningful unfunded mandate relief must be addressed in this year’s budget process. McLaughlin asked Cuomo to show political courage on the critical issues to once again make New York attractive to both taxpayers and small businesses.
