After Governor Cuomo presented his Executive Budget proposal, Assemblywoman Teresa Sayward provided her opinion on the state of the budget. Assemblywoman Sayward expressed optimism and was pleased with the proposal, as she and her colleagues look toward providing New Yorkers with a fair and balanced budget.
