McKevitt Hosts Garden City Car Seat Safety Check

Assemblyman Tom McKevitt (R,C,I-East Meadow) recently hosted his annual Garden City Car Seat Safety Check on November 10. With the help of Nassau County Traffic Safety Board educator Chris Mistron, 22 families checked the safety and installation of car seats in their vehicles. “This is one of our most successful events,” said McKevitt. “As the father of two small children, I understand how important car seat safety is, and I am glad to work in conjunction with the Nassau County Traffic Safety Board to bring this event to the community.”
