Assemblyman Tony Jordan welcomed Miss Teen-Ager 2008, Chelsea Brumagen, to the Assembly Chamber yesterday. Chelsea, currently a senior at Hudson Falls High School, was recognized by the Assembly for her numerous achievements. In addition to being crowned Miss Teen-Ager on August 23, 2008, Chelsea is active in Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD), student council, National Honor Society, drama club and varsity bowling. She is also a peer leader in NCBI and the Rachels Challenge program, and plans to attend Siena College next fall to major in pre-med and Spanish.
“Chelsea has achieved a great deal at a young age and her selflessness and public service should serve as an inspiration to her peers,” said Jordan.
