A SPECIAL MEETING for the RESIDENTS of the ROOSEVELT COMMUNITY

The taxpayers of Roosevelt, in good faith, passed a bond that would allow new schools to be built in the Roosevelt School District. It is imperative that each real property owner has all information that ensures that you pay NO MORE than your fair share of property taxes.

A special informational forum is being held for you at:

Thursday, January 27, 2005, 2:00 - 4:00 PM
and
Thursday, February 10, 2005, 6:00 - 8:00 PM.

Wilbur Payne, expert certiorari challenger (real property taxes) and a representative from the Nassau County Board of Assessors will be there to share information with you regarding this matter.

Please, come, bring a friend, challenge your taxes and access all of your valid exemptions. Forms will be provided to assist you in this endeavor.
