EPIC funding for seniors
Assemblyman Goldfeder reduces co-pays for 27,000 Queens seniors
The 2012-13 budget restores $30.6 million for EPIC co-payment assistance, so eligible seniors
can return to paying no more than a $20 co-payment for their prescription. This measure is part
of the Medicare Part D plan and will go into effect Jan. 1, 2013.
