• To be examined, children 14 & under must have an appointment and (a permission slip) accompanied by an adult.

• The dental services provide examinations and necessary x-rays, screening for tooth decay, cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants and oral hygiene Instructions, fillings and tooth extractions.

• All children are eligible to participate regardless of financial status, for children, with health insurance bring a copy of the insurance card.
