What is the Prescription $aver Card?
The Prescription $aver Card is a free pharmacy discount card to help eligible
New Yorkers afford their prescription medications. You can use this card at participating
pharmacies - more than 2,500 throughout the state - to save as much as 60 percent on
generics and 30 percent on brand name drugs.
Am I eligible for the Prescription $aver Card?
You are eligible to participate in the program if you meet the following criteria:
- You are either age 50 to 64 or determined disabled by the Social Security Administration AND
- You have annual income under $35,000 if single and $50,000 if married AND
- You do not receive Medicaid or EPIC coverage
How do I apply for the Prescription $aver Card?
