Assemblyman Marc Butler Leading the Fight in Albany to Make Our Communities Stronger |
A quality education begins with a safe and supportive learning environment. Parents and students should be confident that schools in New York state meet certain basic criteria to fulfill the individual needs of each student. That’s why Assemblyman Butler is supporting measures that would provide our schools with their fair share of state aid, limit costs imposed on school districts, reform the Board of Regents and create an education task force. |
Assemblyman Butler is committed to keeping our communities safe. That’s why he is leading the fight in Albany for laws that would keep drunk drivers off the road, prevent sexual predators from living near schools, keep the worst sex offenders behind bars and remove the statute of limitations in violent sex crimes. |
The creation of high-paying jobs and tax cuts would provide families with greater opportunities for work and prosperity. That’s why Assemblyman Butler is supporting a Back-to-Business Tax Reform Program that contains initiatives aimed at making New York more attractive for companies to locate here and create new jobs. |
