Highlights of Assemblyman Butler’s Plan Include:

Restoring the 1% lower tax rate for small businesses;
Requiring that at least 15% of state contracts are with businesses employing 100 or fewer employees;
Providing funding for programs that will help upgrade and renovate downtown and Main Street facades; and
Provide a small business energy tax reduction.
