Dear Friend: With our state’s abundant natural resources, world-class educational facilities and dedicated work force, New York has all the tools necessary for businesses to thrive. Despite all these positive characteristics, many of our state’s businesses are suffering under burdensome taxes, regulations and energy costs. The business-friendly initiatives I have proposed will help strengthen the bedrock of our economy – manufacturing, small business and tourism. Please take a moment to review some of the programs I have supported and developed to put New York back on track to create jobs, strengthen our economy and enhance the lives of all Onondaga and Oswego County residents. If you have any questions about this or any other state matter, please call my office at 598-5185, or e-mail me at: barclaw@assembly.state.ny.us.
