Under the new Middle Class STAR Rebate Program, all other homeowners must apply
for their rebate checks.

The Department of Taxation and Finance will mail applications to Broome County
homeowners beginning September 3.

Applications are due November 30.

Homeowners can also apply online by the November 30 deadline at www.nystax.gov.

The amount of your rebate check will vary depending on your income and school district.
