Assemblyman Brian Kolb (R,C-Canandaigua) celebrates the opening of
"Vern’s Way," a trail enabling residents and
visitors to walk from downtown Waterloo to the Cayuga-Seneca
Canal locks along the Erie Canal. The trail is named in memory of
Vern Sessler, a well-known Waterloo resident who very graciously
supported many community projects. The Waterloo in Bloom Committee
has assumed responsibility for maintaining the trail and planting
flowers along the route.
