Establish a special license to sell and ship New York wine in combination with other state agricultural products in gift baskets (Assembly Bill A.2327)
Extend eligibility for the Farmer’s School Tax Credit, providing $2 million in tax relief for New York’s agricultural industry and enhancing access to farmland and Open Space (Assembly Bill A.988)
Authorize a family member operating on a family farm to build a home on the farmland property (Assembly Bill A.5351)
Create a state tax credit for wine bottling, packaging, and labeling expenses of New York Wineries (Assembly Bill A.2806)
Enact a state tax credit equal to 15 percent of qualifying rehabilitation expenses incurred (Assembly Bill A.4312)
Increase from $200 to $500 the State Income Tax Credit for volunteer firefighters and ambulance workers (Assembly Bill A.1090)
