Local elected officials join State Legislators in calling for end to DMV plan

Assemblyman Steve Hawley (R, I, C - Batavia) and Senator Mary Lou Rath (R, C, I - Williamsville) will be joined by Genesee and Orleans County officials, including Clerks, Sheriffs and District Attorneys, at a press conference opposing the Governor's new three-tier driver's license plan. Additionally, Hawley has joined a lawsuit against the Governor that was filed in Albany today. All members of the press are invited and encouraged to attend.
