Dear Neighbor,

From our nation’s origins until the present, our veterans and active duty military personnel have always defended the freedoms we as Americans hold dear.

I am pleased to report that this year I helped to restore nearly $10 million to our veterans’ hospitals as part of the 2011-12 budget, and I’ve been working to pass a number of bills that will help veterans and their families.

If you have any questions about veterans’ issues, service medals, Operation Recognition or any other state-related issue, please feel free to contact my office. My staff and I are here to help.
