Ceretto Sponsors Health Product Drive

Assemblyman John Ceretto (R,I-Lewistown) today announced that he will be conducting a Health Product Drive for Heart, Love and Soul Food Pantry, Inc. This event will run from November 30 until January 4.

"With so many wonderful organizations dedicated to collecting food this holiday season, I am thrilled to work with Heart, Love and Soul and Sister Beth to collect the 'essentials' that are often overlooked and taken for granted," said Ceretto. "Heart, Love and Soul is a full-service pantry, and I know the kind-hearted people of Niagara Falls and Niagara County will participate in this noble effort. Anything we can do to help those in our area will make this truly a season of giving."

Ceretto said supporters may drop off their donations at his district office, located at 1700 Pine Avenue in Niagara Falls, as well as Lewiston Village Hall and the Youngstown Free Library. Recommended items include dish soap, laundry soap, men's and women's deodorant, shampoo, shaving cream, and toilet paper.

"I know that those who visit our pantry will put these collected items to good use," said Sister Beth Brosmer, Executive Director of Heart, Love and Soul Food Pantry, Inc. "I am grateful to Assemblyman Ceretto for highlighting our efforts to care for those in need, and I look forward to getting these products to those who need them this holiday season."

Assemblyman Ceretto encouraged local schools and churches to aid in the collection drive. "This is a community-wide effort," said Ceretto. "Any donation is greatly appreciated. A small bottle of hand soap or a toothbrush can really help keep someone healthy this season."
