Legislative Reductions                                                         
                                                                               
The Legislature reduces General Fund spending by $136,000 to reflect           
a re-estimate of funding needed for administrative purposes.                   
                                                                               
Article VII                                                                    
                                                                               
The Legislature denies the Executives recommendation to impose a               
franchise dealers fee. In addition the Legislature extends the time            
by one month for an individual who may want to obtain a refund on              
their drivers license.
