On-the-job training or internships, job search, counseling, skills retraining, entry-level skills training,
pre-vocational skills training, literacy and English as a Second Language instruction, life skills instruction

DESCRIPTION:
|
Provides services and training to dislocated workers using federal formula funds distributed according
to the State Worker Adjustment Act. The objectives of the program include the provision of services with
48 hours of notification of layoff and assistance in job placement.
