The Legislature rejects the Executive proposal to merge Probation Aid and Alternatives to Incarceration (ATI) funding into one “Community Corrections Block Grant”. However, the Legislature accepts Executive’s recommended funding levels. |

The Legislature provides $400,000 to supplement funding for existing ATI Demonstration Projects and provides an additional $186,000 for Article 13A-ATI Drug and Alcohol Treatment programs. |
