          BUCHWALD, STECK, SKOUFIS, CAHILL, WALLACE, ABINANTI, CURRAN,  B. MILL-
          ER,  LUPARDO,  OAKS, ERRIGO -- read once and referred to the Committee
          on Local Governments -- recommitted to the Committee on Local  Govern-
          ments  in  accordance  with  Assembly  Rule  3,  sec.  2  -- committee
          discharged, bill amended, ordered reprinted as amended and recommitted
          to said committee -- again reported from said  committee  with  amend-
          ments, ordered reprinted as amended and recommitted to said committee
 
        AN  ACT  to  amend chapter 308 of the laws of 2012, amending the general
          municipal law relating to providing local governments greater contract
          flexibility and cost savings by permitting certain  shared  purchasing
          among political subdivisions, in relation to the effectiveness thereof
 
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 308 of the laws of 2012  amending  the
     2  general  municipal  law  relating to providing local governments greater
     3  contract flexibility and  cost  savings  by  permitting  certain  shared
     4  purchasing among political subdivisions, as amended by section 5 of part
     5  G of chapter 55 of the laws of 2014, is amended to read as follows:
     6    §  2.  This act shall take effect immediately, and shall expire and be
     7  deemed repealed July 31, [2019] 2021.
     8    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
