        AN ACT to amend the racing, pari-mutuel wagering and  breeding  law,  in
          relation to adjusting the tax on gaming revenues in region one
 
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Paragraph (b) of subdivision  1  of  section  1351  of  the
     2  racing,  pari-mutuel  wagering and breeding law, as added by chapter 174
     3  of the laws of 2013, is amended to read as follows:
     4    (b) in region one, [thirty-nine] thirty-seven percent of gross  gaming
     5  revenue  from  slot machines provided, however, such gaming facility, as
     6  defined in section thirteen hundred one of this article, has  maintained
     7  the number of full-time equivalent employees as  they  employed  in  the
     8  year two thousand nineteen, and ten percent of gross gaming revenue from
     9  all other sources.
    10    §  2. This act shall take effect on the first of January next succeed-
    11  ing the date on which it shall have become a law.
