        AN ACT to repeal chapter 834 of  the  laws  of  1940,  relating  to  the
          removal of certain policemen

          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Chapter 834 of the laws of 1940, relating to the removal of
     2  certain policemen, is REPEALED.
     3    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
