        Introduced  by  Sen.  YOUNG  -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
          printed to be committed to the Committee on Rules
 
        AN ACT to authorize the town of Ellicottville, county of Cattaraugus  to
          transfer   funds   from   an   unappropriated  fund  balance  for  the
          construction of a highway garage
 
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-

        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section  1.  Notwithstanding  any  other provision of law, the town of
     2  Ellicottville, county of Cattaraugus is hereby  authorized  to  transfer
     3  funds  from  an unappropriated fund balance in the Highway B fund to the
     4  General A  fund  for  the  purpose  of  expending  such  funds  for  the
     5  construction  of  a highway garage. Such transfer of funds shall be made
     6  by a majority vote of the Ellicottville town board and shall not  exceed
     7  a total of $500,000.
     8    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
