GAUGHRAN -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Local Government AN ACT in relation to establishing a Caumsett State Park fire readiness study The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. The office of fire prevention and control and the depart- 2 ment of parks, recreation and historic preservation shall conduct a 3 study to evaluate the adequacy and coverage of fire services within the 4 Caumsett State Park, including, but not limited to, accessing the state 5 park during emergencies. 6 § 2. The office of fire prevention and control shall submit its find- 7 ings to the governor, temporary president of the senate and speaker of 8 the assembly within one year of the effective date of this act. 9 § 3.
