Assemblyman Stirpe to Hold Town Halls on State Budget, Community Needs

Residents are invited to share their concerns at events across the Assembly district

Assemblyman Al Stirpe (D-Cicero) announced he will hold four town hall meetings in February and March across the 127th Assembly District to discuss the upcoming state budget. Stirpe looks forward to hearing residents’ concerns firsthand to better represent their voices in Albany.

“Times are tough for many Central New Yorkers, and I want to hear from you about what our neighbors and community need most,” Stirpe said. “These town halls are a great opportunity to discuss important issues and give me a better understanding of the needs in our communities. I’m working hard to ensure the next state budget makes our state more affordable and delivers Central New York its fair share of state resources. I will always fight to secure a fair, fiscally responsible budget that supports our families and neighborhoods.”

Assemblyman Stirpe invites everyone to attend the town hall meeting that’s most convenient for them, which includes:

  • Clay Town Hall, 4401 Route 31, on Thursday, Feb. 13, from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
  • Cicero Library, 8686 Knowledge Lane, on Tuesday, Feb. 18, from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
