Assemblyman Beephan Prepared for New Legislative Year

Assemblyman Anil Beephan Jr. (R,C-East Fishkill) released a statement prior to the beginning of the 2026 New York State Assembly Legislative Session, where he outlined his goals for the upcoming year.

“As the New York State Assembly convenes for a new legislative session, my focus remains where it has always been: delivering real results for the hardworking families, seniors, veterans and small businesses of our community. This session presents an opportunity to build on the progress we’ve made while continuing to address the rising cost of living, public safety, infrastructure needs and delivery of essential services that our residents rely on every day. I will continue working to advance practical, common-sense solutions that reflect the priorities of the people I represent. I look forward to collaborating with my colleagues in the Assembly to ensure our local communities have a strong voice in Albany and that the state government remains accountable, effective and responsive to the needs of New Yorkers.”
