The offices of New York State Assembly Members Brian A. Cunningham and Phara Souffrant Forrest, along with Congresswoman Yvette Clarke, in collaboration with the New York State Department of Labor and Jobs4Us, will host a Central Brooklyn job fair tomorrow, Wednesday, March 6, at Major Owens Recreation Center, 1561 Bedford Avenue, Brooklyn, to enhance workforce development and address high levels of unemployment.

Following the COVID-19 pandemic, Central Brooklyn’s economic corridors have faced economic hardship, decreased revenue, and job losses. This job fair will reconnect job seekers to economic opportunities and community partnerships in this thriving cultural hub, regardless of immigration status.
