Peconic Bay Community Preservation Fund Revenues for 2021 Total $210.64 Million Compared with $139.42 Million in 2020

CPF Revenues INCREASE 51.1% over 2020; the Highest Annual Total for CPF Revenue in History

Assemblyman Fred W. Thiele, Jr. (I-Sag Harbor) today reported the Peconic Bay Community Preservation Fund (CPF) produced $210.64 million in revenue for the Peconic Bay Region in 2021. Revenue for 2021 was 51.1% HIGHER than in 2020. Since its inception in 1999, the Peconic Bay Regional Community Preservation Fund has generated $1.81 billion.

This is the highest annual total for CPF revenue in history, topping last year’s record-breaking total. December 2021 totaled $15.59 million compared with $21.31 million a year ago. This marks the 16th straight month that revenues have exceeded $10 million.
