Peconic Bay Community Preservation Fund Revenues are $63.9 Million for First Eight Months of 2017 Compared with $61.53 Million in 2016

Revenues Are 3.9% HIGHER than Last Year; Cumulative CPF Revenues Total $1.251 Billion

Assemblyman Fred W. Thiele, Jr. (I-Sag Harbor) today reported that 2017 revenues for the Peconic Bay Community Preservation Fund (CPF) for the first eight months produced revenue of $63.9 million. A year ago $61.53 million was collected for the same period, or 3.9% percent MORE than last year. August revenues totaled $7.07 million. CPF revenues for the same month last year were $6.68 million, or 5.8% MORE than a year ago.

Since its inception on 1999, the Peconic Bay Regional Community Preservation Fund has generated $1.251 billion. The CPF has generated $96.09 million in the last 12 months.
