Statement from Assemblyman Jake Ashby (R,C,I-Castleton) on the State of State Address

“Moving into this new year and new legislative session, I am cautiously optimistic. There are some pressing matters facing our state, such as the ongoing and troubling population loss and continuing economic concerns caused by the state’s response to COVID-19. While I am concerned by some of Gov. Hochul’s announced agenda, I remain hopeful that by working together we can move our policies in a better direction to help all New Yorkers recover.”
