Gallahan Secures $75,000 For Town of Cincinnatus
Assemblyman Jeff Gallahan (R,C-Manchester) is announcing he has secured $75,000 in Community Resiliency Economic Sustainability and Technology (CREST) funding for the Town of Cincinnatus. This capital project funding will greatly assist in the completion of a highway garage addition project headed by Supervisor Luann King in collaboration with Highway Superintendent Steven Mudge. The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of the year.
“I am very proud to serve the Town of Cincinnatus and I look forward to seeing this project completed in the near future,” said Gallahan. “With winter weather on the way, reinforcing our highway facilities with stronger, insulated doors and structurally sound additions is critical. I will continue to serve and address the needs of the good, hard-working people of the Town of Cincinnatus with this project and others as we look forward to the new year and the start of the Legislative Session.”
“I certainly know the taxpayers of Cincinnatus are grateful for this grant. The highway department can now house all their equipment securely. We, the town board, thank Assemblyman Gallahan for securing this grant,” said King.
“Assemblyman Gallahan’s help with funding our highway addition project made completion so much sooner. Thank you for your support of CHIPS funding and this grant,” said Mudge.
