- The Lifetime Liberty Pass Program has been expanded to all veterans and Gold Star Family members who live in New York State. The benefits include free entry to state parks, historic sites, arboretums, park preserves and more. It also provides discounted or free entry to some state-operated facilities like pools and golf courses.
